1. I preordered my Spark with hand-delivery and professional setup. When will I get it?
Hand-delivery will start on Launch Day, which is expected to be June 15th. When you preorder a spark with hand-delivery and professional setup, you'll receive an email allowing you to choose a time and place - this is when you'll get your Spark! If you have any questions about the process, feel free to call Enjoy's support team at 1-888-463-6569 or email them at help@enjoy.com. This service is subject to availability in each eligible market.

2. What is Enjoy, and how is purchasing from this page different from another DJI page?
Enjoy is a company of fully-trained Experts who hand-deliver and set up the world’s best tech products. DJI has partnered with Enjoy to bring you our newest products with free hand-delivery, professional setup and training as soon as today. When you view a product from this page and click to purchase, you’ll have Enjoy selected as your delivery option at checkout. We may need to ask for your zip code to make sure Enjoy delivers to your area (see the map at the top of the page for a list of cities). If you click on a product from any other page on DJI.com, you won’t see Enjoy as an option at checkout.

3. What do I get when I order a DJI drone with Enjoy?
After you checkout and pay for your DJI drone, you’ll receive an email to schedule the time and place for your Enjoy Expert to hand-deliver your order. Your Enjoy Expert will arrive with your drone at the exact time and place you chose. They’ll get make sure you have everything you need to fly safely and legally. Together, you’ll calibrate and explore your new drone, and then pilot your first flight! You’ll take photos and movies during your flight, share and save them with the DJI Go app. Your Expert can also provide some tips and tricks, and answer any questions you have.

4. What do I get when I order a DJI Osmo with Enjoy?
After you checkout and pay for your DJI Osmo, you’ll receive an email to schedule the time and place for your Enjoy Expert to hand-deliver your order. Your Expert will contact you before the visit to confirm the order details and answer any questions. Your Enjoy Expert will arrive with your Osmo at the exact time and place you chose. Together, you’ll unbox and get acquainted with the features of the Osmo, and then film your first video! You’ll also share and save them with the DJI Go app. Your Expert can also provide some tips and tricks, and answer any questions you have.

5. How far in advance can I schedule my Enjoy visit?
You can book an Enjoy visit up to 14 days in advance. If you’d like to book a visit further out, you can call 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email help@enjoy.com .

6. Are there any added costs to purchase with Enjoy, instead of on DJI’s other pages?
The Enjoy service is absolutely free. The products cost the same amount, and there is no extra charge for Enjoy’s service. DJI partners with Enjoy to make sure you get the most out of your new purchase.

7. Can I change the date, time or location of my Enjoy visit?
Of course! You can click the reschedule link in your confirmation email, call 1-888-GO-ENJOY, or email help@enjoy.com .

8. Where does Enjoy deliver? Why am I not eligible for Enjoy?
Enjoy is currently available in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, and Dallas. New locations coming soon!

9. How soon can Enjoy deliver my order?
Often, Enjoy can offer hand-delivery, professional setup, and training on the same day you place your order. If an Enjoy Expert is not available that day, you may need to select a time the following day.

10. Can I return my order if it’s been delivered by an Enjoy Expert?
Yes. The return policy is the same as DJI’s standard policy. You can return your order within 7 days from the date it was delivered. To return your order, please email onlinesales@dji.com or contact DJI’s online support chat.

11. I live in an area that is not eligible for Enjoy. Can I choose another location?
If your home address isn't eligible for Enjoy, you can still choose another location (like a park or coffee shop) to meet your Enjoy Expert for hand delivery and setup. If you like, you can find an address with an eligible zip code - enter that when you're asked for a zip code, and again when asked where you'd like your order hand-delivered. Or, you can call Enjoy's support team at 1-888-463-6569, or email them at help@enjoy.com. They can help you find an address and schedule your hand-delivery and setup!

12. Can I purchase accessories from my Enjoy Expert once they arrive?
We've got you covered. Your Enjoy Expert will have DJI Care Cards and batteries on hand in case you'd like to purchase them. You can also purchase separately on store.dji.com and have it shipped to you.
