Invoices
1. You can download the invoice from the bottom of the Order Details page by clicking My Account > My Orders > Order Details after the order has shipped.
2. Once the order has shipped, a link guiding you to download the invoice will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can click the link to get to the invoice downloading page.
3. If items in your order are to be shipped at different times, each shipment will be invoiced separately. DJI cannot combine multiple invoices into one invoice.
4. If you need to change/modify invoice information, you can reach out to our online support to assist you with your invoice. (Note: Only "Bill To"information can be changed)
Tax
If you are not VAT registered:
In accordance with EU regulations, your online purchases from DJI will be taxed at the applicable value-added tax (VAT) rate according to your shipping address. Any additional expenses incurred during the import process will be paid for by DJI. You can view pricing and tax information on the checkout page along with your invoice.
If you are VAT-registered:
In the United Kingdom, your online purchases from DJI will be taxed at the applicable value-added tax (VAT) whether you are VAT-registered or not.
If you have a VAT registration number for Ireland, Germany, or the Netherlands, you will receive an invoice showing the applicable VAT rate and the amount you have been charged. You can reclaim the VAT on the invoice through your own VAT return.
If you have a VAT registration number for an EU member state other than Ireland, Germany, or the Netherlands, you can apply for the Zero-Rating VAT Purchase Program for purchases from the DJI Online Store by clicking here (subject to the conditions listed in the VAT Registration Agreement).
