1. What is the Extended Protection Plan?
Purchasing the Extended Protection Plan provides an additional one-year warranty after the product's official warranty period ends. For coverage and terms, please refer to the ROMO After-sales Service Policy.
2. How Does the Extended Protection Plan Activate?
Upon successful purchase via the official store, the plan will be automatically activated and bound to your product. Coverage starts immediately after the standard warranty expires and lasts for one year.
3. Where can I find details about the purchased service?
Upon purchase, the service agreement will be sent to your registered email address. Please refer to it for detailed coverage, benefits, and terms and conditions.
4. Where can I check the usage status of the service?
ROMO Official Website > Service & Support > Device Information > Search by Serial Number / Select Bound Device.
5. Can I Purchase the Extended Protection Plan Multiple Times?
No. The Extended Protection Plan can only be purchased once for each covered product (including its applicable components) and cannot be renewed once the coverage period ends.
6. Which Parts Are Covered?
Covered parts are the same as those listed under the standard warranty in the service terms. Note: Separately purchased Auto Water Refill & Drainage Kits are not covered.
