DJI provides a longer service protection for your Mavic 3
To show our appreciation for early customers of DJI Mavic 3, we’re offering extra service for those who purchase Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo, or DJI Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo before January 1, 2022 as a gift for your support. This additional service applies to DJI Care Refresh service (if purchased) and to the original warranty.
1. Longer Warranty Period
For customers who purchased DJI Mavic 3 before January 1, 2022, additional warranty coverage will be provided from the day you receive the product until February 7, 2022. The official warranty period will be calculated beginning on February 8, 2022, giving customers a longer coverage period for additional peace of mind.

2. Longer DJI Care Refresh Service Coverage
For customers who purchase DJI Care Refresh and bind it to DJI Mavic 3 before January 1, 2022, DJI is offering additional service for extended coverage. The official validity period of DJI Care Refresh will be calculated starting from February 8, 2022.
From the binding date until February 7, 2022, an additional DJI Care Refresh service period will be provided, including all of the normal services of DJI Care Refresh such as paid replacement service, maintenance service, and exclusive discounts for high-quality repair service. Please note that any services used during the additional extension period will count as official service usages.

1. Are the free service extensions only available for DJI Mavic 3?
The free service extensions are for customers who purchase any of the following: DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo, or DJI Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo.
2. How can I get these free service extensions？
Customers who have purchased DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo, or DJI Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo and have bound DJI Care Refresh (if purchased) to the aircraft before 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2022 (local time, at the end of Dec. 31, 2021) do not need to take any actions. For these customers, the free extension(s) will be automatically included.
3. If I have already purchased DJI Mavic 3 am I still eligible for the free extensions?
Yes. If you have already purchased DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo, or DJI Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo and bound DJI Care Refresh (if purchased) to your aircraft, there is no need to apply. For these customers, the free extension(s) will be automatically included.
4. Am I still eligible for the free extensions if I have not purchased DJI Care Refresh (or if DJI Care Refresh is not available for purchase in my region)?
Yes. You will be automatically given the additional warranty extension period. For users who have not purchased and bound DJI Care Refresh service before 12:00 a.m. on December 31, 2021 (local time), the additional DJI Care Refresh service will not be provided.
5. What is the warranty repair service?
Free repair service is provided by DJI if the product is malfunctioning due to a non-user error while under warranty.
6. What is the warranty period of DJI Mavic 3?

7. Will the service time be deducted if I used DJI Care Refresh services within the additional service coverage period?
For the free extensions, an addition period of coverage is provided, not any additional services. For further service details, or information regarding remaining number of services and expiration date, visit the DJI Care Refresh official website to check your service plan.
8. Why is the validity period of DJI Care Refresh shown on DJI’s official website not extended?
The validity period of DJI Care Refresh will be updated on our website before February 15, 2022.
9. Can I purchase DJI Care Refresh if my DJI Mavic 3 has been activated?
You can purchase DJI Care Refresh at the DJI Online Store if your aircraft has been activated within 48 hours. Otherwise, please complete this DJI Care Video Verification and then visit the DJI Online Store to purchase DJI Care Refresh.
