The eligibility and benefits of DJI SELECT mentioned on this page are for the US, Canada, and Europe only.
Member Policy
Purchase Eligibility
DJI SELECT is available for anyone who purchases a DJI consumer product at the DJI Online Store. It is only available 15 days after the product is delivered, provided that no refund for the order is received during this period.
Confirmation of DJI SELECT Eligibility
Visit the DJI SELECT web page while logged into your DJI account. You will see a “JOIN DJI SELECT TODAY” button on the site if you are eligible.
Purchasing Criteria
- Qualification for DJI SELECT is required.
- Users can purchase DJI SELECT with DJI Credit. Currently, coupons are not accepted.
- Each account can only purchase one DJI SELECT membership, which cannot be transferred.
- Orders cannot be canceled after payment is complete.
Membership Validity
DJI SELECT membership is valid for one year and can be renewed.
Member Benefits
Currently, DJI SELECT includes seven major benefits: five coupons for 20% off accessories, one coupon for 50% off DJI Care Refresh and OSMO Shield, prioritized shipping for new products, birthday surprise, 30-day returns and replacements, faster repair service, and exclusive discounts.
20% Off Accessories
You will receive five coupons that offer a 20% discount on DJI consumer product accessories.
50% Off DJI Care Refresh and OSMO Shield
You will get a 50% discount of DJI Care Refresh and OSMO Shield for consumer products when purchasing with a DJI Care Refresh, and OSMO Shield plan on the same order.
Shipping Priority
DJI SELECT members receive the highest shipping priority. Actual delivery time depends on conditions such as availability, time of order, and delivery address.
Birthday Surprise
A coupon will be sent to your account within 24 hours of your birthday.
30-Day Returns and Replacements
This benefit is an extension of DJI’s existed standards, counting from the day you successfully receive the product. All refunds and replacements are subject to DJI’s current Refund and Replacement policy. For details, please refer to the Refund and Replacement Policy.
Faster Repair Service
Items belonging to DJI SELECT members have priority during the repair process. On average, damage assessments take place 1-2 business days faster. Please note that repair time depends on the extent of the damage.
Exclusive Discounts
The DJI Online Store will regularly offer deals, gifts and more treatments to DJI SELECT members.
DJI SELECT Benefits FAQ
Does priority for 30-day refunds and replacements apply to products purchased before joining DJI SELECT?
No. This benefit only applies to orders placed after joining DJI SELECT.
Does the faster repair service apply to accessories or parts as well as the main product?
No. The faster repair service only applies to DJI consumer products purchased with DJI SELECT membership.
What products are eligible for the faster repair service?
Only DJI consumer products purchased at the DJI Online Store under a DJI Select member’s account are eligible for the faster repair service. Products purchased before joining DJI Select are also eligible. DJI professional products, products purchased on any platform besides the DJI Online Store, or products purchased under a non-DJI Select member’s account do not qualify for the faster repair service.
DJI SELECT Coupons
DJI SELECT coupons are only available in the US, Canada, and Europe. They cannot be used in other regions.
Accessory Coupon
Supported Accessories:
Accessories of DJI consumer products*. (DJI Smart Controller, accessories of Osmo Mobile 3, accessories of Mavic Mini, accessories of DJI Digital FPV System, and other newly launched products are not applicable for the accessory coupons.)
RoboMaster S1, Osmo Action, Osmo Pocket, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom, Ronin-S, Ronin-SC, Mavic Air, Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro Platinum, Spark, the Phantom series, Osmo Mobile, Osmo Mobile 2, Osmo, Osmo +, DJI Goggles, and DJI Goggles Racing Edition.
DJI professional products are not applicable for DJI SELECT purchase eligibility and benefits. DJI professional products include but are not limited to: Inspire series, Osmo Pro/RAW, Zenmuse series, Ronin series, and Industrial series.
Usage
- Accessory coupons are valid for one year.
- Accessory coupons are bound to your account and cannot be used by others.
- Accessory coupons can be used when purchasing designated DJI SELECT accessories. If multiple designated accessories are purchased in a single order, only the most expensive accessory will be discounted. Only one coupon can be used per order.
DJI Care Coupon
- DJI Care coupons are bound to your account and cannot be used by others.
- DJI Care coupons can only be used when purchasing DJI Care Refresh or OSMO Shield and your next consumer product* in the same order.
Ronin-S, Ronin-SC, Osmo Action, Osmo Pocket, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom, Mavic Air, Mavic Pro Platinum, Spark, and Osmo Mobile 2.
Coupons for DJI Care Refresh and Osmo Shield can only be used for a consumer product that is purchased in the same order as these services.
Please note: coupons for DJI Care Refresh and Osmo Shield cannot be used when purchasing DJI Care Refresh or Osmo Shield in an order that does not contain a consumer product. They also cannot be applied to previously purchased DJI products.
Birthday Coupon
- A coupon will be sent to your account within 24 hours of your birthday.
- The birthday coupon is valid for 14 days and cannot be used by others.
Renewal
- The special renewal offer is only available for DJI SELECT members who complete payment for DJI SELECT Renewal before membership expires; it is not available for members whose membership already expired.
- After successful renewal, the Accessory Coupons and Care Coupon of your new membership will be issued on the day when your previous membership expires.
- DJI SELECT Renewal membership is valid for one year.
