• What is DJI Trade Up?

  In cooperation with our partners, we offer you to send in your old drone, cellphone or tablet and receive DJI Credit in return. You can then use your credit to buy new products at the DJI Online Store.

• The evaluation by your experts doesn’t match with the one I have seen online.

  You will receive an updated email quotation if the product condition does not match with the one described in your order. If you reject this new quote, your order will be canceled, and we will ship your device back to you.

• Do I have to pay for the shipping fees?

  We cover the shipping fees when you send your package to us. In case we need to update the quotation and you reject the new evaluation amount, we will ship your device back to you.

• I don’t have all the chargers, cables, batteries and other accessories anymore. Can I still use DJI Trade Up?

  No problem. Just send in what you have, and we will provide you with an evaluation.

• Which products can I trade in for DJI Credit?

  Our list of products currently includes drones, cellphones, and tablets.

• I have changed my mind. Can I cancel the process?

  Once you have received the DJI Credit the order can no longer be canceled.
