Introduction

 

If you are purchasing for a business and the business has a VAT number from an EU country, you can provide the relevant VAT registration information through this program. This includes the VAT number, and the company name and address registered with the VAT number. Please ensure that the information is accurate and valid. When placing an order, the store will determine whether you meet the VAT exemption criteria based on tax laws. If you qualify, you will be exempt from VAT at the time of order placement and will not need to pay the tax. If not, you will still need to pay the tax.

If you are purchasing for a business, please follow the VAT ID registration process and provide the company's accurate and valid name and address. The checkout page will calculate the order's tax amount based on tax rules. If you meet the VAT exemption criteria, you will be exempt from tax at checkout. If not, you will need to pay the tax at checkout, which the business can later deduct in subsequent VAT filings.

  • In which countries is the VAT ID Collection and Validation available?

    Currently, VAT ID Collection and Validation is available for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

  • If I ship to the UK or the Netherlands, how can I refund VAT?

    If shipping to the UK or the Netherlands, VAT charges are subject to local rates. Please deduct the VAT amount indicated on your invoice and include it on your tax return.

  • If I ship to countries outside of the European Union, how can I refund VAT?

    Currently, VAT refunds for other countries are not available.
