DJI Price Matching guarantees that if you find a lower price for an eligible product on an eligible third-party website, we will match that price.

How do I make a Price Matching request?

Step 1: Find a product you wish to price match on an official online reseller:

No.	Website
1	www.jbhifi.com.au
2	www.harveynorman.com.au
3	www.binglee.com.au
4	www.coop.com.au
5	www.spheredrones.com.au
6	www.teds.com.au
7	www.camerahouse.com.au
8	www.camzilla.com.au
9	www.telstra.com.au
10	www.australiangeographic.com.au

Step 2: Share an active link showing the identical, lower-priced product with a DJI customer care agent via the Official DJI Online Store online chat system or email at support@dji.com at the time of purchase or before your order is shipped out.

Step 3: Once validated, your DJI customer care agent will assist you to complete your purchase at the matched, lower price.

When is price matching not accepted?

1) Price offers from unauthorized online retailers.

2) Price offers which includes rebates, coupons, bonuses, gift cards, bulk purchases, or quantity limits.

3) Single-day deals, flash sales, clearance sales, closeout sales, discontinued or special seasonal prices, or display products.

4) “Marketplace” pages where an order is fulfilled by a third party rather than the owner/operator of the authorized retail website.

5) Exclusive in-store price offers.

6) Price offer errors.

Note:

Matched prices cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Requested matched prices will be final prices.
