Please note that your use of the DJI Online Store website and DJI CREDIT are also governed by the terms and conditions listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the DJI Online Store website, all of which are incorporated in these Terms.

 

Agreement Changes

We may change these Terms, Terms of Use, Terms of Sale (provided on the checkout page at DJI Online Store), DJI Privacy Policy, After-Sales Service Policies, or any aspect of DJI CREDIT, at our discretion without providing notice of such changes. The latest Terms can be found on the DJI Online Store website. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF DJI CREDIT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.

 

Termination by Us

If you violate these Terms or any applicable law, are involved in fraud, misuse the DJI CREDIT, or are harmful to our interests or the interests of other users, we may clear your DJI CREDIT at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will not provide any refund to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

 

Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN TERMS OF USE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DJI CREDIT YOU HAVE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR DJI CREDIT.
