1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, ensure that the DJI Care Refresh purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least one replacement left.
Click here if you have not purchased DJI Care Refresh for you Phantom 4 Pro series product. After DJI Care Refresh becomes active, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh +.
2. After DJI Care Refresh + is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh + will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.

3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh + is valid for one year and does not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product's warranty period is immediately extended after you receive the service agreement of DJI Care Refresh + and has the same expiration date as the replacement service.
4. DJI Care Refresh + and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
5. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
