Return for any Reason
You have the right to cancel your order and return a product for any reason at any time within 14 calendar days after the date when the product is received. To exercise your right, you need provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order by sending emails to email@example.com, or via DJI online support, together with the model form found at the end of the terms.
Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, please return the product with the original receipt and original packaging to us within 14 days. Once we pick up the product or, in the event you are delivering the product to the carrier, we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that you may not return the services, except in case of defect or lack of conformity, like DJI Care, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, you lose your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. If services have not been fully performed, and you have requested performance to begin within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service contract, you will be charged an amount proportional to the services rendered until the time you have informed us of your intent to cancel the service contract. If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product or service, except for any delivery costs.
