1. You can download the invoice from the bottom of the Order Details page by clicking My Account > My Orders > Order Details after the order has shipped.

2. Once the order has shipped, a link guiding you to download the invoice will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can click the link to get to the invoice downloading page.

3. If items in your order are to be shipped at different times, each shipment will be invoiced separately. DJI cannot combine multiple invoices into one invoice.

4. If you need to change/modify invoice information, you can reach out to our online support to assist you with your invoice. (Note: Only "Bill To"information can be changed)

In accordance with federal and state regulations, in some states, your online purchases from DJI will be taxed at the applicable sales rate according to your shipping address. Any additional duties incurred during the import process will be paid for by DJI. You may find sales tax details on your checkout page and invoice.
