Orders from North America will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or DHL. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Due to air transportation restrictions, it is recommended to purchase no more than two batteries per order. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or the central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer.
Items in your order may have different shipping methods for you to choose from.
The Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after order is shipped.
Express Shipping (Available in most of the areas)-For an Additional Fee:
We offer fast delivery option on certain delivery speeds and select products. When fast delivery is available on an order, you can find it on your checkout page, with the associated delivery date and fee. If a fast delivery date is provided and a delivery attempt isn’t made by or before this date, we’ll refund the fast delivery fee you paid with that order, within five (5) working days after you have signed for the delivery through our system.
The Estimated delivery times start when the item ships and any Estimated delivery times may vary according to your selected address.
For your Standard Shipping service:
Unforeseen service delays (such as a strike, natural disaster, explosion, or any other force majeure event that is beyond the reasonable our control) add at least two to three business days to your Estimated delivery time. You acknowledge and agrees that any shipment dates specified are estimates only, they are not guaranteed and are subject to change, under such case, DJI will send out notice regarding the revised shipment dates within 30 calendar days. If you do not accept the revised shipment dates, you may cancel the order and obtain a refund by contacting DJI customer service. If we do not hear from you before we ship the products to you, we will assume that you have agreed to the shipment delay.
For your Express Shipping service:
Please noted the requirements must be met to qualify for our fast delivery guarantee refund:
- Order is shipping to eligible address;
- If your order contains items that aren't eligible for a fast delivery, we will split your shipment to ensure that you will receive the items that are available for fast delivery on time.
Our guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of the following:
- Unforeseen circumstance such as a strike, natural disaster, explosion, or any other force majeure event that is beyond the reasonable our control.
- If you cancel part of or the whole order after shipment, or if you change your items, change your contact details or change your shipping address after you place the order.
An attempted delivery on or before the promised delivery date meets our delivery guarantee. An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
